Istanbul is easily accessible by air and is served by a number of major airlines through Istanbul Atatürk International Airport, 25 minutes (19 kilometres/12 miles) from the Ottoman Hotel Imperial. Taxi service is readily available at the airport, and we also offer transfer service to and from the airport. Ottoman Hotel Imperial Istanbul is located near the city centre and is convenient to all major highways.

1) Leaving the airport, turn right at the first intersection (traffic lights), and follow signs to Sirkeci/Sahilyolu. You will come to a roundabout with a big fountain in the middle; turn left and follow the signs to Sirkeci. 2) Drive straight along the seaside road for approximately 17 kilometres (11 miles); turn left at the first sign for Sultanahmet. 3) Go under the small iron railway bridge, then take the first right. Continuing to drive straight, slightly uphill all the way; you will see the Arasta Bazaar on your left, and later the Sultanahmet Mosque. 4) When you approach the centre of Sultanahmet, you'll see the huge building of Hagia Sophia (St.Sophia) Museum. There is a narrow street between the Hagia Sophia Museum and the main road with the tram way. We are on this narrow street facing the Hagia Sophia Museum (Caferaga Street No 6/1).
